We offer complimentary insured delivery within Australia on this piece. Orders are carefully packaged in Emessa signature presentation boxes and dispatched with tracking. Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing, excluding resizing or remake orders. If you require urgent delivery, private collection, or a viewing appointment, please contact us before purchase. Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for eligible pieces in original, unworn condition with all packaging included. For hygiene, security, and craftsmanship reasons, resized, remade, engraved, or specially ordered items are non-returnable unless faulty.

Every Emessa piece is backed by a 2-year warranty covering manufacturing faults and malfunction, including loose stones, clasp or setting defects, and structural issues arising from normal wear. As part of this warranty, we also offer a complimentary annual service — including cleaning, polishing, rhodium plating (where applicable), and a full stone check — once a year, free of charge. The warranty does not cover damage caused by accidental impact, loss, theft, improper storage, or general wear and tear beyond normal use. To preserve the beauty and longevity of your jewellery, avoid contact with perfumes, lotions, hairsprays, and household chemicals, as these can affect the finish and brilliance of the metal and stones. Remove your piece before exercise, swimming, showering, or manual tasks, as impact and moisture can loosen settings over time. Store each piece separately in its original box or a soft pouch to prevent scratching from contact with other jewellery. Clean gently with a soft, lint-free cloth and, where appropriate, mild soapy water. Avoid ultrasonic cleaners unless recommended for your specific piece. We recommend an annual professional inspection and cleaning to maintain the security and brilliance of the stones — complimentary for the first 2 years under your Emessa warranty.
